Rome (for which he named daughter Romina, with Linda at left), where he loves the leisurely pace of life and
where he is absolutely adored by thousands of fans. Those who have met Ty are charmed by his ease of manner,
his cordiality and the sincere interest he shows in things large and small. He may look romantic and dashing,
but his ideas on life are very practical and straightforward, to Italians and anyone else. "There's no security in the bank," he'll tell you. "The only security for an actor is using his talent." He's a realist who lives up to his words. When he felt that he had gotten into a rut after 16 years of Hollywood acting, Ty picked himself up and hit
the road to tour with such stage names as Judith Anderson and Raymond Massey. The experience gave Ty's talent
a breath of fresh air. He loved the idea of travelling, bringing live
entertainment to many places where
actors had been heard of but never seen. He'll continue to travel to try new means of expression and to enter
wider phases of the entertainment world. Born to the theater, in the tradition of his family, Ty has only
begun to make the high mark he's set for himself.
