On April 23rd, Ty Power and his Annabella sailed into their 3rd year on the marital seas. Contrary to all the wiseacres' predictions, their union has worked out very well, this despite the fact that her career, since their marriage, has come to a virtual standstill, a situation which might give rise to any number of complications, in view of his ever increasng popularity. Despite recurring rumors that she'd make a film comeback, Annabella ("Annie" to Ty) is still confining herself to running the Power menage (very frugally, too), helping him keep an eagle eye on their numerous realty investments, and in general, being the French version of a good wife (which is the very best). Whether or not she's planning to resume her career, we don't believe anyone knows, possibly not even Mr. and Mrs. Ty Power; and whether she really wants to is a matter open to question. Meanwhile he's now at work in 20th Century-Fox's A Yank in the R.A.F.
